These Terms govern your use of the Vinora website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or cannot be shipped to your location — and will refund any payment already taken.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

We pack glassware and crystal by hand and aim to dispatch within two working days. Delivery times depend on your destination and carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Returns and cancellation

You may return unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Refrigeration appliances and made-to-order items may be subject to specific conditions noted at purchase.

6. Warranty

Products are described as accurately as we can. Coolers and electrical items carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your order. These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Vinora is established, once that entity is confirmed.
